Roast Lab is the brain child of Mohan who has worked in every link of the coffee chain. Roast Lab did not become a coffee platform by chance, It has evolved into one. At the foundation of it is a deep connection to coffee as a farmer, coffee roaster, a past life of a cafe ownerships & a coffee connoisseur have shown us the full picture of the needs of the coffee industry.

Our Journey began ground up

Mohan’s journey began with his involvement in his family coffee plantation . After moving to Melbourne in 2002 he chose to further explore the coffee chain as a coffee trader, coffee roaster, trainer, cafe owner.

After 10 years of exploring the coffee chain, Roast Lab was born as plaftorm to share his experience and enable the next generation of coffee creatives.
